Aredia (pamidronate)

Bisphosphonate used as a support medication to treat hypercalcemia (high blood calcium level) caused by cancer or to decrease complications (such as fracture or pain) produced by bone metastasis. Boniva (ibandronate Sodium)

Used for osteoporosis treatment in women after menopause and off-label indications. BONIVA helps increase bone mass and helps reduce the chance of having a spinal fracture (break). Boniva Injection, administered as a 15-30 second IV injection, will provide an alternative for patients who have difficulty with oral bisphosphonates. Cerezyme(imiglucerase)

Analogue of the human enzyme B- glucocerebrosidase used for treatment of Gaucher’s Disease. Gaucher disease is an inherited disorder that is caused by a deficiency in an enzyme called glucocerebrosidase. Desmopressin (DDAVP)

Used in treatment of Platelet abnormalities, bleeding disorders, Von Willebrand Disease, and off-label indications. Desmopressin injection is also used to treat central cranial diabetes insipidus, and increased thirst and urination caused by head surgery or head trauma. Fluids/Electrolytes

To restore the fluid and electrolyte balance of the body. Intravenous rehydration is used to restore the fluid and electrolyte balance of the body due to illness, surgery, or accident. Types of hydration include Normal Saline, D5W (5% Dextrose in water). Electrolytes administered include Sodium Chloride, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Sodium bicarbonate, Manganese, Selenium, Copper.

IVIG (intravenous immune globulin)

Purified pooled immunoglobulins used to treat autoimmune disorders, immunodeficiency syndromes, and off-label indications. Immunoglobulin is a mixture of blood proteins called antibodies that are made by the immune system. IVIG works by reducing and altering the immune systems response. Venofer (iron sucrose Injection)

Used for treatment of iron deficiency anemia of Chronic Renal Disease and off-label indications such as iron-deficiency anemia. Venofer is used intravenously to replenish body iron stores in patients with iron deficiency anemia. Vitamins

Intravenous vitamins include many water soluble vitamins, such as B Complex, C, Thiamine, Folic Acid. In IV Vitamin therapy, the vitamins are injected directly into your bloodstream, rather than absorbed through your stomach after being routed through your digestive system. Zometa (zoledronic acid)

Neulasta (pegfilgrastim)
